- Step 2: Click on the green + icon
- Step 3: Click on Add Activity
- Step 4: Enter the activity details
- Step 5: Click on Need Reminder button
- Step 6: Enter the date and time when you want to take follow up
- Step 7: Click on Save Enquiry Activity button
# Assign counselor to an enquiry :
- Step 1: Go to Enquiry CRM module
- Step 2: Search for the desired enquiry
- Step 3: Click on the green + button
- Step 4: Click on Select Counselor drop down list, select the desired counselor
- Step 5: Click on the Assign Counselor button (green check icon below Assign Counselor)
