Click on the green icon

Click on Add Activity

Enter the activity details

Click on Need Reminder button

Enter the date and time when you want to take follow up

Click on Save Enquiry Activity button 


# Assign counselor to an enquiry :

Step 1Go to Enquiry CRM module
- Step 2: 
Search for the desired enquiry
- Step 3:
 Click on the green + button
- Step 4: 
Click on Select Counselor drop down list, select the desired counselor
- Step 5: 
Click on the Assign Counselor button (green check icon below Assign Counselor)
