# Find Admission Module :

- Step 1: Click on menu at the top right near your profile name
- Step 2: 
Click on admission

# Select Next Academic Year :

- Step 1: Create next academic year from School Profile
- Step 2:
 Click on dropdown near Academic Year button
- Step 3: 
Select next academic year from dropdown 


#Share Application Form via email: 

- Step 1: Go to Admission Workflow module
- Step 3: 
Enter the email id in the Email address field
- Step 4: 
Click on the Invite button

Note : You can also share the open link on your website, social media etc.


# Share application form via whatsapp:

- Step 1: Go to Admission Workflow module
- Step 2: 
Click on the Send Enquiry toggle button (Green button) to switch to Admission
- Step 3: 
Enter the mobile number (with country code, for e.g. +91) in the Email address field
- Step 4: 
Click on the WhatsApp Invite button  


# Fill Application Form :

- Step 1: Go to admission
- Step 2: 
Click on Create Application button - Form will be displayed
- Step 3: 
Fill the necessary information
- Step 4: 
Upload photograph, documents as specified
- Step 5: 
Click on Submit button  


#Accept/Reject Application :

- Step 1: Go to admission
- Step 2: 
Click on Total Application
- Step 3: 
Click on View and Process 
- Step 4: 
Click on Confirm Application to confirm or Reject Application to reject

- Step 1: After Accepting the application, go to Application Accepted
- Step 2: 
Click on Process for Interview from Action column
- Step 3: 
Click on Schedule an Interview button
- Step 4: 
Enter date, time & click on Send Interview Invitation
Note: Parents will get interview schedule email when you click on Send Interview Invitation 


# Put Students in Waiting List :

- Step 1: After scheduling interview, go to Interview Scheduled from dashboard
- Step 2:
 Click om Process & Confirm from Action column
- Step 3: 
Click on Add to Wait List 


# Reject Application in Interview or Reschedule Interview 

- Step 1: After scheduling interview, go to Interview Scheduled from dashboard 
- Step 2: 
Click on Process & Confirm from Action column
- Step 3: 
Click on Reschedule Interview to reschedule or click Reject in Interview to reject application from interview 


# Confirm Admission Without Scheduling Interview :

- Step 1: After accepting the application; 
- Step 2: 
Click on Process for Interview from Action column
- Step 3: 
Click on Approve Admission

- Step 1: Go to Pending Account Clearance stage
- Step 2: 
Click on Confirm Admission button for the desired student
- Step 3: 
Click on Assign Fee button
- Step 4: 
Select the fee template
- Step 5: 
Click on Assign Fee Template button

- Step 1: Go to Pending Account Clearance stage
- Step 2: 
Click on Confirm Admission button for the desired student
- Step 3: 
After confirmation of their payment, click on Confirm Account Clearance button
- Step 4: 
Enter Student ID and click on Confirm button 


# Admission Confirm:

- Step 1: Go to Confirm Admission
- Step 2: 
Click on Add to Class button & select appropriate class

- Step 3: Click on Add to Class

If a student already exists in the system, and you want to process admission for the student for some other course, you will get error stating that this email Id already exists in the system. By this feature you can map admission form with an existing student.
